Course objectives:
During this two days course, you’ll learn the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe), how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale.
You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and why it’s so effective in today’s adapt-or-die marketplace. You will also get practical advice on supporting Agile teams and programs, empowering a Lean Portfolio, building a continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, and coordinating large solutions.
After this course, the participants will be able to:
- Apply SAFe to scale Lean and Agile development in your enterprise
- Support the execution of Release Trains
- Coordinate the development of large solutions (Value Streams)

The first two days the course will concentrate on the theory and official agenda given by the SAFe methodology, the third course day (1/2 day) will be used to clarify questions and analyze practical experiences.

Prerequisites:
- Some experience and knowledge in Agile methodologies is required, specially Scrum – previous experience working with Scrum and/or a certification CSM/PSM I is helpful for the participants to follow the SAFe SA course topics.
