This facilitator support acts as reinforcement of change, allowing the company to adapt to the new processes continuously and organically. Any arising impediments and challenges are managed by both our facilitators and the company’s internal change agents – the transformation team.
During this support and reinforcement period, our facilitators will train and coach the internal transformation team, who will own the change process and will maintain momentum once our facilitators leave. This way, continuous improvement will be imprinted in the company’s DNA well after the Premium21 support project is done.
Improvement21 facilitators act as trainers, coaches and organizational consultants, guiding the enterprise to any changes needed in order to achieve greater Agility. This includes crafting a vision that is better aligned with the needs of customers, suppliers, stakeholders, managers and employees.
